Office Administrator Jodie Kuklinski

Hello, my name is Jodie Kuklinski and I've been a member of the Kohler Police Department since September of 2004. I'm the only non-sworn employee at the department and every day I'm always doing something different. My job duties over the years have expanded exponentially from basic clerical tasks of transcribing reports and taking non-emergency calls.

I have never shied away from additional responsibility and can now be found performing more administrator type tasks. I now run all criminal histories and make sure we're in compliance with all CIB/TIME System requirements. I've also taken on more of an IT role making sure that all software is updated and working smoothly for the officers. This includes their in-squad cameras, interview rooms, and our Badger TraCS software which is used to issue warnings, citations, and accident reports.

Another large part of my job is being a Sheboygan County Spillman Application Administrator for our RMS software. We were also one of two Sheboygan County agencies who tested eReferral which allows us to electronically send criminal complaints to the District Attorney's Office. This is now up and running and saves a considerable amount of travel time in hand delivering these complaints and then returning to sign the criminal complaints. These are just a few examples of additional responsibilities I've taken on over the years.

I truly enjoy the diversity of my job and being able to make everything run smoothly for the officers and village as a whole. I take pride in being a part of the Kohler Police Department and hope to continue to grow as an asset to the community.

When not at the department I enjoy spending time taking walks, running, and spending time outdoors with my family.
